Dr. Abiba Zakariah

Lead Consultant / Founder

The founder is a professional executive with 25 years of experience in management across several industries, including insurance, marketing, and construction. She serves on several boards and as a resource person for several institutions (Local and International). She is an awardee of the Professional Insurance Ladies Association (PILA) Top 50 Women in Insurance in Africa 2022, the Business Insurance Women to Watch in Europe, Middle East, & Africa (EMEA) in 2019, and the Northern Youth for Peace and Development in Ghana in 2017.

Mrs. Evelyn Rose Debrah

Mrs. Evelyn Rose Debrah (Afanyedey) is an Agricultural risk analyst with 13 years of experience in parametric insurance design, loss adjustment, and market risk underwriting. Proficiency in monitoring, assessing, and adjusting for losses. She was the Agro-meteorologist at the Ghana Agricultural Insurance Pool (GAIP); in addition, she was the Head of Claims and the Acting Marketing Manager for the same organization. She is a Chartered insurer with Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (CIIG) and has strong academic background in Agricultural Technology.

Mrs Mary Ohene-Adu

Mrs Mary Ohene-Adu is a Public Relations practitioner with over thirty years’ experience in Public Relations and Administrative duties. She holds a Bachelor of Hons degree from the University of Ghana, Legon, an Executive MBA from the Ghana Institute of Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Diploma in Insurance from the Ghana Insurance College

She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK, and Ghana and an Accredited Member, Institute of Public Relations, Ghana.

Her major area of expertise includes advising and assisting with planning and development of Public Relations strategies, policies/programmes and Human Resource Planning.

Having worked in several capacities with Ghana Reinsurance PLC, Mary has over thirty years of experience in Public Relations & Marketing, Administration and Human Resource Management strategies.

Joseph Atchulo

Joseph Atchulo is a dynamic business executive, environmental activist, and nonprofit founder with extensive experience in program development and strategic partnerships. With a background in economics and nonprofit management, he has led transformative projects focused on sustainable development, economic empowerment, and climate resilience.
Joseph is the Founder & Executive Director of Green Africa Trade Engagement (GATE) Ltd, where he has championed the integration of rural women into the shea nut value chain, providing economic opportunities and environmental conservation strategies.
He is also the Co-founder of Sight for the Rural Child, a nonprofit that provides free eye screenings for children in underserved communities.
Joseph holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Nonprofit Management from American University, Washington, D.C., and an MSc in Economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He is also an accomplished author, with works on climate change, digital literacy, and grant writing.
His expertise includes leadership training, revenue identification, strategic partnerships, and community engagement. A recognized thought leader in sustainability, economic development, and ESG, Joseph is committed to empowering individuals and organizations to create meaningful social impact.
