Our Current Magazine

At the strategist, we believe that your employees are your best assets. This is why in our maiden report, our magazine focused on the various generational workforce. Generational groups, categorized based on birth years and shared life experiences, offer valuable insights into the diverse perspectives, behaviors, and values that shape different cohorts. Each generation, reflects the socio-cultural context of their formative years. The Silent Generation, born between the mid-1920s and early 1940s, navigated post-war reconstruction. Baby boomers, emerging in the post-war boom, witnessed significant social change. Generation X, shaped by economic uncertainties and technological advancements, embraced independence. Millennials, marked by globalization and technological revolution, seek purpose and work-life balance. Generation Z, growing up in the digital age, embodies connectivity and social consciousness. Understanding these generational dynamics is crucial for fostering effective communication, managing diverse teams, and navigating the evolving landscapes of work, culture, and society. We carried out a research and spoke to few employees from the various groups to understand them better and generally found that most prefer a structured work-life balance work environment. We have presented a reader friendly report based on our findings for you to learn more below. Thank you.
